Credits are used to claim foreclosure leads. Exclusive leads (first 36 hours) cost 25 credits, Available leads (36 hrs - 10 days) cost 5 credits, and leads older than 10 days are free with your membership.
How many credits do I get with my membership?
Founding Members receive 100 credits per month, auto-loaded on your billing date. Unused credits roll over up to a maximum of 300. You can also buy additional credit packages anytime.
What's the difference between Free and Founding Member?
Free users can browse listings (city, zip, type only — details are blurred) and see deal scores. Founding Members get full property details, owner info, the ability to claim leads, pre-NOD intelligence, CRM, exports, alerts, and 100 credits/month.
How does the lead lifecycle work?
New leads start as Exclusive (24hrs, only 1 person can claim), then become Available (36 hrs - 10 days, 5 credits, anyone can buy), then Free (10+ days, included with membership). Claiming early gives you a competitive advantage.
How often is data updated?
